$50/hour labor once I am on site.

Partial hours are prorated.

$50 per job, one time fee

Regular service call charge is a one-time per job fee.

$50 additional/hour

After 5pm, Labor is $100/hr ($50/hr regular + $50/hr After 5pm)

$50 additional, one time

A Sunday service call charge is $100. ($50 regular + $50 Sunday)

$25 additional/hour

Sundays are $75/hour labor ($50/hr regular + $25/hr Sunday rate)

Lowest prices in town, guaranteed. If you find a lower estimate to have your problem fixed, I will match it.
If I cannot fix your problem in a reasonable amount of time on site I will work with you to take your machine home and return it to you at a scheduled time. I will charge a very reasonable rate to do this but it may vary depending on the complexity of the problem and the time involved to fix it off-site. An estimate will be provided before any work is done.
If parts are required to service your system, I will handle the ordering and handling process. I will keep you informed as to cost of the parts before ordering anything as well as apprising you of the progress of the repair and return the device to you.
Special cases are always a consideration with certain devices and I will work with you personally to make you happy!
Small town service is our specialty and I value your feedback. Quality of work is paramount. If you encounter a problem subsequent to the repair that I completed, I will not charge you to come back out and fix it. Guaranteed.
